Twilight Tour in Forks

For all the Twihard Fans out there, you’ve got to go and do a Twilight tour of Forks Washington! This town originally known for logging, has embraced the Twilight phenomenon and placed little bits of “Twilight” everywhere. Forks is about a 4 ½ hour drive from Seattle and close to the Olympic National Park which should not be missed!

Forks Visitor Center

Welcome Sign- Great photo opportunity

The Forks Visitor Center- 1411 S. Forks Dr. -Twilight has taken over their visitor center! Photo opportunities everywhere! Bella’s truck is parked outside, cardboard cut outs of Edward, Bella and Jacob, movie memorabilia and souvenirs.

The employees are super sweet and willing to engage in Twilight conversations with you. I got the Twilight driving tour of Forks from them. They may even give you some insider tips and Dr. Cullen’s business card in case you become ill while in Forks.

Bella’s House- 775 K. Street- The Forks Chamber of Commerce designated this the Swan home. Not exactly what I was picturing in the book. This is a private residence, feel free to take a photo from the street, but no trespassing!

Community Hospital- 530 Bogachiel Way

There is a sign “Dr. Cullen Parking Only”.

Fork’s Outfitters- 950 S. Forks Dr- The place where Bella works part time.

Forks High

High School- 411 S. Spartan Ave.- There’s a great photo opportunity with the sign in front of the school. The sign looks just as it did in the movie, the school not so much.

Fork’s City Hall and Police Department- 500 E. Division- Inside there is a display case with Twilight memorabilia, Charlie Swan’s uniform and letters addressed to Edward and Bella from fans.

Cullen House

The Cullen House- 654 E. Division St.- This is nothing like out of the books either, but the Chamber of Commerce asks you to use your imagination. It’s a Bed & Breakfast, so you can even stay in Edward’s room for the night if you choose. They have a sign on the front door announcing that the Cullen’s are away visiting friends, but the innkeepers will take good care of you. If you glance through the window, you can see their high school graduation caps on display and Edward’s beloved piano.

Twilight Museum

Rainforest Arts Center- 35 N. Forks Dr.- Twilight Exhibit. This location has a ton of movie props and costumes on display from the whole Twilight Saga. Fork’s Police Chief Badge, cardboard cut out for Jacob, Missing Person sign for Riley Biers, Forks High Graduation Ceremony program, Jacob Black’s letter to Bella, the motor bike and full costumes for each character. The employees were very friendly and huge fans on the movie. One has their own private collection of Twilight outfits that were auctioned off.

Treaty Line- 7760 La Push Rd- No Vampires Beyond this Point!

First Beach

First Beach in La Push- drive west on La Push road till you can’t drive anymore. Bella and Jacob hang out here in the book. It’s a beautiful location and a must see on the Twilight tour!

Port Angeles

After you’ve done the Twilight tour in Forks, continue the Twilight journey to Port Angeles for dinner.

Bella Italia- 118East 1^st St.- Edward took Bella to eat here. They offer the famous mushroom ravioli. Only open for dinner!

While you’re in the area:

Hoh Rainforest in under an hour drive from Forks. Part of the Olympic National Park, it will have an entrance fee, but it is so worth it! Hike the Hall of Mosses Trail which is under an hour.

Explore other parts of Olympic National park around the port Angeles area.

The Washington Coast is beautiful!!! Take a few hikes and enjoy the area.

You can easily do the whole Twilight tour in Forks in a morning or afternoon. It was a fun stop since we were in the area. It’s a must do for Twilight fans!
